Welcome to The SUP Life, Paddle Board Lessons, SUP Hire and Adventures in
Berkshire & South Oxfordshire

We are The SUP Life. We love being out on the water, and SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding) is a really fun and inclusive way that people of all abilities can enjoy the beautiful waterways we have here in the UK. We're based at the stunning The Swan at Streatley on the River Thames between Henley-on-Thames and Oxford.

We’re passionate about physical and mental wellbeing, and paddle boarding is an awesome antidote to the hectic lives we all seem to lead these days. Come and join us across a range of paddle boarding activities from SUP Lessons to Fitness, Adventures to SUP Yoga.

We also offer comprehensive paddle board hire with premium equipment if you’re planning your own time on the water.

With BSUPA certified founders and instructors that really embody the SUP life, we’re committed to help you enjoy the fastest growing sport in the UK in the most enjoyable and safest way as possible.
