About the Event
Ease into your Sunday morning with a mindful SUP session on the River Thames. We will meet you riverside for a gentle stretch, before taking to the water on our paddleboards. Following a leisurely paddle along this stunning stretch of river, we will return for a short yoga practice. Depending on the river conditions, yoga will take place either on the boards or on the riverbank, in both cases, the practice will be tailored for the group - no tricky moves or complicated sequences, this is all about enjoying the moment.
About Embers Campsite:
Embers Henley is on beautiful riverside parkland, just outside Henley on Thames on the road towards Marlow. There is parking onsite and snack bar with barista coffee, pizza, toasties - everything you need for a pre or post paddle treat!
