We work with you to create a memorable experience that your team will be talking about for long after they step off their boards. How's this for a quarterly team meeting? The brief was for an inclusive activity that could be enjoyed by total beginners and experienced paddleboarders. By the end of this 90 minute session, we had everyone up and paddling together - true teamwork!
Fluid Controls
The Beetle & Wedge, Moulsford
The Senior Leadership Team of this engineering company were looking to spend a strategy day together where they could talk, listen and think without distraction. We took them on one of our favourite SUP routes, starting in Wallingford, with lunch halfway at The Beetle & Wedge and completing the day at The Swan at Streatley. Our Instructors are skilled in knowing when to bring the energy & challenge, and when to quietly guide their group, allowing them space to talk.

The Great House, Sonning on Thames
A young, dynamic team, Laka Insurance were looking for an outdoor activity to maximise the time between their day in the meeting room and dinner at Coppa Club Sonning. SUP was the perfect way to let off steam with the majority of the team either on or in the water whilst their colleagues cheered them on from the riverbank.

When you are contacted by the Performance Support Development Manager of Professional Game Match Officials, looking for an afterwork activity, you know you need to bring your A game! We met the team riverside after a day in the meeting room and had the best fun on the river. Games, races, intentional and not so intentional swimming! A quick sauna & change at the hotel gym and they were all set for dinner - perfect!
