Paddleboarding is a fun and inclusive activity that can be enjoyed by all abilities, from the super fit and adventurous who want to compete in games and races, to those who use their time on the water for quiet reflection or meaningful conversation. The benefit of time outside in nature are well documented and an ideal complement to your day away from the office. Laka
The Great House, Sonning
A young, dynamic team, Laka Insurance were looking for an outdoor activity to maximise the time between their day in the meeting room and dinner at Coppa Club Sonning. SUP was the perfect way to let off steam with the majority of the team either on or in the water whilst their colleagues cheered them on from the riverbank.
