Paddleboard London Adventure

We've partnered with the team from Paddleboarding London to bring you this exciting and unique adventure, paddling the historic Regent’s Canal.  Meet us at the start in Camden market, or travel up with The SUP Life team from Reading.  The tour takes us from Camden, through Primrose Hill where we’ll see some of the most beautiful gardens in London, to Feng Shang Princess, a floating Chinese restaurant (Paul McCartney’s favourite Chinese), then we head to the London zoo where you might spot some of the animals and on to the outer circle of Regent’s Park with its £60million John Nash mansions.   

Beautiful, colourful and full of London charm, it’s a paddle to remember!

Food & Drink 

We recommend wearing old trainers or water/surf shoes for walking around the locks.  There is no easy stop for lunch, so bring packed snacks and water for the paddle.  When we finish the paddle there are plenty of places nearby to eat, we'll send suggestions nearer the time.

This paddle is 8km in length and will take approx 3 hours, depending on the group size.
