About the Event
We've teamed up with the Pretty Fit Community to bring you this female only paddleboarding session. The Pretty Fit Community was founded by Emily with the intention of bringing women together for fitness events and challenges. This friendly and inclusive community support each other in regular open water swimming and triathlon training and we're delighted to offer the opportunity to SUP together on the beautiful Thames at Goring & Streatley.
This is a mixed ability session - those who are brand new to paddleboarding will learn the basics and improvers get to spend time with an instructor, working on technique or just building confidence on the water. No-one gets left behind.
Paddleboarding is a fantastic sport for building endurance and overall fitness, a great complement to triathlon training, or good all round fitness.
