About the Event
Our journey will include peaceful stretches of paddling, moments of stillness to take in the midsummer magic and a refreshing wild swim, led by resident Swim Coach, Jo Jones.
Meet us on the riverbank at The SUP Life shed and after a short briefing, we'll get you onto the water for a relaxing paddle. On returning to the riverbank, Jo will guide us as we immerse ourselves in the invigorating water - an opportunity to awaken the senses, boost circulation and experience the many benefits of cold water therapy.
This is an evening to slow down, breathe deeply and celebrate the solstice in a way that nourishes both body and mind.
If you are new to paddleboarding, and would like to take part, take a look at our Beginners SUP sessions which will help with confidence and technique.
