About the Event
Come and join us for an easy paddle - and why not bring a friend to introduce them to the sport you love in a stress free environment?
The "teaching" in these sessions will be relaxed and informal. As the group will likely be mixed ability, we'll give pointers and tips for each paddler to think about.
Bring your own kit, or we can provide equipment hire for those that require it.Â
Paddlers are responsible for their own safety and river license. We can provide buoyancy aids if you don't own one.Â
Experience: Must be able to comforntably swim 25 metres.
